Harrison Medical Center, Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard, and Belfair, WA

As Senior Project Manager for HMC's Campus Design, and Construction I worked with a multidisciplinary department team, numerous service line departments throughout the hospital, as well as senior staff for project program development, project budgeting, and project funding, along with the design, construction, and renovation of facilities at all four campuses. I was involved in developing needs assessments and feasibility studies, including space needs, spatial relationships between hospital program functionalities as well as developing initial cost estimates and project justificional statements. I was involved in the development and maintenance of design standards for campus buildings and systems, and was tasked with maintaining design and database records for all existing and new campus projects. I was involved in site-planning decisions for various projects and reviewed schematic designs for aesthetics, HMC design standards, safety codes, constructability, maintainability, and sustainability. I also managed and coordinated the efforts of the outside architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for the development of final design documents and project construction.
